It was a sad day in Nepal Kathmandu, when I read
through the CNN news column, of the earthquake that happened which was ruled at
7.8 magnitude, it has been confirmed that about 2,430 people have lost their
lives in Nepal and the numbers may go up in the coming days to come. Also 56
people have been reportedly dead in India in'' Bihar'' state, and Chinese
Citizens 17 dead in ''Tibet'' per the Chinese agency
news Xinhua, that brings the amount numbering more than 2,500 and that the
lives lost so far is based on information they got from the city of lex
kassenberg, Nepal informed CNN. And a confirmation stories had it that
about 80% of properties in the rural places have been damaged or demolished,
and some of the sad news I read was that of 2 American citizens named
eve Girawong of new jersey that was killed by an avalanche on mount Everest,
Girawong they said was at Everest camp when she was killed, and also the report
of a google executive Dan Fredinburg was one of the Americans killed in the
avalanche on mount Everest. News has it in Nepal that people are still digging
on the wreckages looking for any survivals and maybe dead bodies. And at night
people have to sleep in open grounds in the cold night environment, and that
food and water are becoming scarce, and electricity is not visible in any place,
people resort in using candle light, hope and fear is in everyplace. And many
people injured were reportedly treated outside an over packed hospitals where
crowds of people are looking for alive and displaced families and loved ones,
and when it looks like things were going to get better an aftershock
started on Sunday making people crying onto the streets and prompting more new injuries
for shocked and distressed residents.
It was really a sad day in Nepal. The incident was terrible.
